What's better than a gorgeous sunset cruise along picturesque, world-famous Assateague Island? One with a perfectly paired wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres to go along with it. Magical views, a completely unique atmosphere, and wines you've never tasted—there isnt' a dreamier night in Ocean City.
Join us on the Alyosha, a 50' catamaran that has literally sailed the world, catered by our neighboring business The Buzzed Word, a natural wine store, bar, and bookstore. The Buzzed Word owner Mickie Meinhardt, a sommelier and writer, will personally curate and pour you a selection of incredible natural wines to match the cruise's views, giving detailed information on each special bottle. Cheese and charcuterie will also be enjoyed, paired to the wines as well. All the while, you'll sail the beautiful waters along Assateague and take in the Ocean City skyline at night.
We're happy to partner with The Buzzed Word, located just next to us in the Food Lion shopping center. The only natural wine store and bar in Ocean City as well as the only bookstore, it's a unique place to shop, sip, and relax in town. Browse books and gifts while you drink, and take home bottles to enjoy too. Mickie is an Ocean City native, proud to bring two needed things to her town and introduce a special local business.

There are restrooms ("heads") aboard Alyosha for use by customers. Keep in mind that the toilets on a sailboat are a little bit more sensitive than land based toilets… so plan accordingly.
Alyosha has plenty of water bottles for guests. There is plenty of room onboard to store coolers, food and drink.
